On September 18th 2024, members of Congress, congressional staff, family-owned businesses and the Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA) organization gathered in Washington D.C. to participate in the 3rd Congressional Family Business Caucus event of 2024.

Robert F. Mancuso, as a member of FEUSA and representative of the family business community, participated in a five-person panel who spoke about family business issues and the challenges that family business owners face, particularly as a result of possible changes to the estate tax system.  The panel presented its views to the entire Congressional Family Business Caucus, which currently consists of over 40 members of both parties, and whose mission is to educate members of Congress about the contributions of family businesses across the nation, and create awareness within Congress about the issues impacting such family businesses.
